Delivery Charges
- Parcel Delivery (0–20kg): £8.99 ex. VAT
- Standard Pallet Delivery: £49 ex. VAT
- Premium Pallet Delivery: £59 ex. VAT
Free Standard Delivery on all orders above £750 ex. VAT
Premium Delivery Upgrade: Just £12.99 on orders over £750 ex. VAT
Delivery Times
- Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 7 am – 5 pm.
- A signature is required upon delivery — please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
- Redelivery Fee: If no one is available and redelivery is required, a charge of £25.99 + VAT will apply.
Pallet Deliveries: Pallets are delivered kerbside. Drivers will always try to help, but may not be able to bring pallets directly inside your premises.
Saturday Delivery
Need weekend delivery? We can arrange it at an additional cost:
Saturday Delivery Charge: £49.99 + VAT (in addition to standard delivery fees)
Timed Delivery
If your shop opens later than 7 am or you require delivery at a specific time, a Timed Delivery surcharge of £19.99 + VAT will apply.
Important: If you do not request a timed delivery when placing your order and the first delivery attempt cannot be completed, you will be charged both the Timed Delivery surcharge (£19.99 + VAT) and the Redelivery Fee (£25.99 + VAT).
Non-Mainland UK Deliveries
Orders delivered outside the UK mainland will incur additional delivery charges based on the location.
The following areas are considered non-mainland UK:
- Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey)
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Scottish Highlands & Islands (including postcodes IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE)
- Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
- Republic of Ireland

Important Information
Delivery Address: Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide. Please double-check before placing your order.
Checking Your Order:
- Parcels – Please inspect upon arrival and report any discrepancies to us within 24 hours.
- Pallets – You have 15 minutes to check your order before signing. Claims for missing or damaged items cannot be accepted if signed as “correct” or “unchecked.”
Heat-Sensitive Products: During hot weather, heat-sensitive products are shipped at the customer’s own risk.
Residential Deliveries
By default, pallets are delivered to commercial addresses. If you need pallet delivery to a residential address, a £7.50 surcharge applies — please notify us when placing your order.
Fast Dispatch Promise
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours.
During busy periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Halloween), dispatch may take 2–3 working days.
