If you recieve any incorrect items within your order, or if your order is incorrect. Please email us, ensuring you provide your order number and the incorrect items you received.
If your products are delivered and appear damaged, we require you to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will need your order number, photographic evidence and a list of the damaged items.
